If one or more agents are having issues logging into the platform, please use the guide below to help troubleshoot:

  • Make sure you are logging into website: https://livechat-airship.replybuy.com/

  • If the agent set up a password, they are required to use one of the special characters

  • Clear cookies and browser settings

  • If the agent was recently added as a new user, make sure they access the activation email sent by the system (also check the spam folder)
