What does "Total Audience" mean?

What is the limit of my Total Audience?

• If you are subscribed to our Starter Edition account level, you can register up to 1,000 total devices on your Urban Airship apps.
• If you are subscribed to our Basic Edition account level, this limit increases to 10,000 total devices.
• If you are subscribed to our Essential or Comprehensive account levels, your Total Audience and billing tiers will be outlined in your contract. If you have questions regarding the information in your contract, please contact your Account Manager.

How do I view my Total Audience?

Account Total Audience

You can view the Total Audience for all of your apps on your Urban Airship account by following the directions below:

1. Log into your Urban Airship account.
2. On the top-right corner of your dashboard page, click on Account. Then click on Account Info.

Under the Usage History section of the Account Info page, you will be able to view your combined Total Audience across all of your apps for each month. You can also click on each month (or the Expand All button) to expand the section and view a breakdown of the Total Audience on each of your apps, as well as a breakdown of the Total Audience on each platform (such as iOS or Android) on each of your apps (see image below for an example).

Individual App Total Audience

You can also view the Total Audience for a specific app on your Urban Airship account by following the directions below:

1. Log into your Urban Airship account.
2. Open the app with the Total Audience that you wish to view.
3. On the left-hand menu, click on Reports. Then click on Statistics.

Your current Total Audience for this particular app will be listed on this page (See image below).
