[Deprecated] Team Access FAQ

How do I add someone on Team Access?

You can find specific steps on how to grant Team Access in our Team Access Documentation under Sending Team Access Invitations.

What happens if there is no Urban Airship account for the email I enter on the Team Access page?

Urban Airship will automatically create an account for this user. They will receive two emails, one telling them an account was created for them, and another telling them they now have access to the app you shared.

How do I accept Team Access if I never received or lost the access granted email?

You can find all of your pending team access shares by navigating to username > Team Access in the top right of the Urban Airship Dashboard. From here you will be able to see your pending access shares in the left column Accept Access. You can also grant access to apps that you own in the right column.

This is also covered in our Team Access Documentation under Accepting Team Access Invitations.

What features does each Team Access Role have access to? I have Full Access, why can't I grant access to others?

Please see the Role Responsibilities table in our Team Access documentation. For example, Administrators can give others Team Access, but Full Access users cannot.

I'm the account owner and I've added my developer as a team member. Why can't I see their apps in my dashboard?

Team Access works in one direction on an app basis. If you grant access to a user, they only have access to the individual app you gave them access to, and you do not have permission to view or edit any apps they have created, unless they explicitly grant you access.
