Information to include for troubleshooting SMS delivery issues

To help us quickly investigate issues regarding SMS deliverability and other issues, please provide the following information in your support request:

  1. App Key (How to find the App Key)
  2. Push ID (How to find the Push ID)
  3. The Channel ID for a device that did not receive an SMS
  4. The carrier, or list of carriers for affected devices
  5. If this is an MMS delivery issue, the image you are attempting to send
