Overview
Airship observes the following holidays in which Airship support is unavailable for Gold and Silver level customers. Airship is available 365 days a year for Platinum customers, although our office hours are reduced to 6am to 6pm on holidays (and weekends).

Please note that Airship Support is available for Platinum customers from 6am to 6pm on holidays and weekends. Airship Support will be able to respond to Gold and Silver level customers on the next business day.
